While assessing existing homes on the home energy savings scheme headed by SEI we discovered that the homeowners benefited greatly because they received a step by step advisory report allowing the homeowners to:

COMMERCIAL OR NON-DOMESTIC BER ASSESSMENTS

Newtown Energy now conducts Commercial BER assessments, also known as Non-Domestic BER's, throughout Wexford,Wicklow Dublin, and the Monaghan region. Commercial Building Energy Ratings (BER) are required for any commercial or industrial building being sold, rented or let in Ireland, including Northern Ireland, from 1st January 2009.
Commercial BER's are also valid for 10 years. BER's for larger commercial/industrial generally take 1-2 weeks to prepare depending on the complexity of the commercial building and whether it has air conditioning, renewable energies, number of zones, the age and type of construction and the complexity of associated systems like the electrical and heating layout and the type of ventilation/duct systems present, if any.
