Stage Testing Optional
1st Stage
This is where the house is pressure tested while under construction with external windows and doors installed. From this test we document any leakage points, giving you the advantage of ensuring all energy leakage points are addressed before final construction, saving time and money avoiding any problems occurring in the future.
2nd Stage
2nd stage pressure testing when the house is fully constructed to ensure that the build has been completed to the necessary high standard. Passing the required test.
Many of the tests and certifications we carry out will reduce cost and reduce inconvenience to property, tenant or organisation.
We test the home for uncontrolled flows and offer support/advice to obtain Local Authority Building Control approval.
